Our foundation is rooted in the world of elite performance.

Loopin was co-founded by Ben Williams and Antony Thompson, bringing together elite performance coaching and modern leadership development. As former Royal Marines Commandos, both learned firsthand the principles of resilience, leadership, and determination. These lessons now shape Loopin's mission: to unlock the full potential of every manager and employee, in every company, worldwide.

Ben has experience in international performance coaching, working with organisations across business and professional sport, including VW, Meta, HSBC and football clubs in the UK. He is a published author with Penguin Random House.

Following his transition from the Marines, Antony focused on what he understood best: how people perform when the stakes are high. Since then, he has worked at the intersection of culture, leadership and commercial reality, helping globally recognised organisations build people-first teams that remain effective through change.

Together, they created Loopin: a platform that combines the rigour of military precision, the adaptability of sports coaching, and the transformative potential of technology.

Rebecca Saunders Jones, Managing Director

Rebecca Saunders Jones, Managing Director of Loopin, built her career in the UK Civil Service before moving into high-growth technology businesses. She brings a strong track record of leading complex organisations through growth and change, improving operational efficiency, and delivering high-impact transformation programmes.

Rebecca has worked across defence and security, health and social care, human sciences, education and gaming, spanning both public and private sectors. She is passionate about building mission-driven businesses, fostering inclusive, people-first cultures, and enabling teams and leaders to perform at their best, values that sit at the heart of Loopin’s vision.
